Shipping policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
UK Delivery We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during peak periods such as Christmas and Bank Holidays.
European Union Delivery We ship to EU countries via Royal Mail International. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard International: 5–10 business days
Please be aware that orders shipped to the EU may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Order Tracking Where tracking is available, your tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if your items arrive damaged, please contact us at s.mostjewelry@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
